Who we are and what this policy covers

This website is operated by Julia Barinova Inc., a New York company. The site is run by Julia Barinova, MBA, a licensed insurance broker (NYS Insurance License LA-937924). This Privacy Policy explains what information the site collects, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

The short version: this is an educational website. We collect very little, we do not sell personal data, and enrollment in any plan happens on secure third-party platforms — not here.

What we collect

The site collects information in two limited ways:

• Contact form. If you choose to reach out through the contact page, we ask only for your name, your preferred way to be contacted, your state, the topic of your question, and your consent to be contacted. Nothing more.
• Basic analytics. Like most websites, we collect general usage information — pages visited, approximate region, device type — to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

What we never collect

Some information has no place on an educational website, so this site is built not to ask for it. Through this site we never collect:

• Social Security numbers (SSN)
• Banking, credit card, or other payment details
• Medical or dental treatment records

How your information is used

Information from the contact form is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to keep the site useful, fast, and clear.

Third-party enrollment platforms

If you decide to enroll in a plan, enrollment happens on the secure platform of the relevant plan administrator or carrier — not on this site. Depending on the plan, that platform may be operated by EWA / CorEnroll, Morgan White Group, Ameritas, or NCD. Identity and payment information you provide during enrollment is entered directly on their platforms and does not pass through this site.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy that governs the information you enter there. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the platform you use before submitting information.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functions — for example, remembering your language preference — and for the aggregate analytics described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; the educational content of the site remains available if you do.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics data does not identify individuals.

Children

This site is intended for adults researching dental insurance. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.
