Julia Barinova is a New York–based independent insurance broker and advisor with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in life insurance, disability coverage, critical and chronic illness protection, long-term care planning — and practical dental insurance solutions.
Why No Wait Dental exists
Dental insurance frustrated Julia’s clients more than almost any other product: waiting periods that outlast the pain, exclusions hidden in missing-tooth clauses, and coverage percentages that shrink exactly when care is needed. After navigating major dental care personally, she started curating a short list of plans that behave differently — plans with immediate access to covered services.
Over the years, that short list became a practice. Dental offices began referring patients directly, because patients with the right coverage complete their treatment plans. No Wait Dental turns that experience into a self-service platform: honest comparisons, plain-language education, and enrollment on secure partner platforms.
Julia serves clients in English and Russian, and works with dental offices across the country.
