Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-08-21
Our commitment
No Wait Dental is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Julia Barinova Inc. targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across this site.
Measures in place
Accessibility is treated as a design requirement, not an afterthought. Measures include:
- Semantic HTML — headings, landmarks, lists, and tables are marked up for screen readers
- Full keyboard operability — every interactive element can be reached and used without a mouse
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast thresholds
- Support for reduced-motion preferences — animation respects your system settings
- Alternative text for meaningful images
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), on both desktop and mobile devices.
Known limitations
Some materials may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, plan documents provided as PDFs by carriers and administrators, and the third-party enrollment platforms this site links to, are produced by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
If a PDF or a partner platform is a barrier for you, contact us — we can walk through its contents together by phone or email.
How to report a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Contact Julia Barinova at julia@juliabarinova.com or 347-922-8037 and describe the page and the problem. Reports are reviewed promptly, and fixing genuine barriers is treated as a priority.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as the site evolves — new pages and components are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA before release, and known issues are tracked until they are fixed. This statement is reviewed periodically; the date above reflects the latest revision.
